NO OIL, you say?!?!?! Life-Saving Salad Dressing Recipe

Salad dressings can deliver a nutritional crushing blow to otherwise healthy salads-they often contain calorie-dense oils and fats, not to mention overloads of sodium and sugar.

Here is my favorite iFlourish vinaigrette dressing recipe which contains no oil and hardly any fat or sodium at all!

iFlourish Vinaigrette:

2T Dijon Mustard, 2 cloves pressed Garlic, 1/2 C Rice Vinegar, 1 1/2 t Balsamic Vinegar,                     1/4 C Unsweetened Almond Milk(or more to taste)

In a container with a tight lid, shake the first 4 ingredients together.  Then add the almond milk and shake again vigorously- That's it!!

Are olive oil and coconut oil healthy for you?

Although oils like olive and coconut are far better choices for your heart than butter, these oils too are extremely fat and calorie-dense.  If you struggle to lose or maintain weight, omitting the use of oils will make a huge impact on your fat intake that you'll never miss.  

Did you know that it's simple and effective to cook without using oils?
