Salad dressings can deliver a nutritional crushing blow to otherwise healthy salads-they often contain calorie-dense oils and fats, not to mention overloads of sodium and sugar.
Here is my favorite iFlourish vinaigrette dressing recipe which contains no oil and hardly any fat or sodium at all!
2T Dijon Mustard, 2 cloves pressed Garlic, 1/2 C Rice Vinegar, 1 1/2 t Balsamic Vinegar, 1/4 C Unsweetened Almond Milk(or more to taste)
In a container with a tight lid, shake the first 4 ingredients together. Then add the almond milk and shake again vigorously- That's it!!
